The notion of resistance can be hindrance in accomplished the objectives of project but adopting change management in the every phase of project culminates in success of the project and ultimately integrating the organizational organs towards the laid down objectives. The change management is one of the core pillars that plays vital roles in overcoming resistance either associated with change of organizational project.      

            Change management is integral in realizing the operations of the organization in line with the prevailing structures and prospects of the future. The notion of development of an organization is hugely associated with the scope of motivational levels of the stakeholders especially the employee that contribute significantly in upholding development, activities and upholding the performance.
